With over 200 posters, 30+ tables to set up and take down, we need helpers who are strong and willing to use their muscles and legs (lots of walking involved!).  Set-up is on Wednesday and Thursday, clean-up on Thursday only.  Wednesday and Thursday set-up begins around 3pm each day.  Thursday clean-up is right after the public event, starting at 8pm.  

Join us on February 22, for dinner and judging of the Fernley STEM Festival posters.  6 - 9pm at Fernley High School.  If you can read and form an opinion, we can train you to judge!

At the Fernley STEM Festival dinner is served to all attendees.  We can always use help setting, BBQing, serving and cleaning up.  

We like to greet each attendee, and with historic attendance over 800 visitors, we need lots of smiles.  Exit surveys are also collected by our Greeters. 

Our volunteers come from all walks of life, and put their individual experience and expertise to work for the greater good.
